Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policies

The prices do not include the payment of "Fee" or "Daypass" or any additional costs charged by the hotel for entering their property to provide services.

In case of requesting a change of package or service, the current prices according to the existing menu at the time of the modification will apply.

Any additional services requested will be subject to charges according to the current prices on our menu.

If you require services at your hotel, it is important to provide the Hello Beauty customer service area with all necessary information one or two days in advance to allow the artists to enter on the day of your event.

All bank deposits or transfers are subject to TAX.

All PayPal deposits are subject to a 9% commission.

Scheduled appointments are personal and non-transferable.

If the client arrives more than 25 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and apply the corresponding cancellation policy. In this case, no refund of the deposit will be offered, nor will the appointment be rescheduled.

Deposits made to secure an appointment or event are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellations or changes made on the same day of the service or no-shows without prior notice will result in the total loss of payment, and no rescheduling option will be offered.

Deposits and payments made via "PAYPAL, BANK TRANSFER OR ANY BANKING METHOD" are non-refundable.

Cancellations made at any time will not receive a refund of the deposit or the balance paid.

International transfers of $300 or more will incur an "INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER FEE" of 350 PESOS.

Our appointments start at 8:00 AM. If you need to schedule your appointment before 8:00 AM, an irregular hours fee of $200 pesos per service will be charged.
